8TH CONVOCATION SCHEDULE AND GUEST FORM

1. All the pending academic requirements – Courses, Defense of Feasibility, Project Design, Thesis and Internship Report etc. must be completed on and before January 21, 2008.


2. Photograph: Photograph session will start from January 21, 2008. For Photograph visit the following address on and before February 10, 2008.

The studio will provide the convocation gown and color specification chart for you. You have to pay Tk.150 for the photograph. Collect the money receipt. The photograph will not be supplied to you. You have to collect it from AIUB Auditorium on March 05, 06 and 08, 2008

3. Convocation Gown: The individual gown measurement will be taken on the following schedule.

The payment of the gown is Tk. 1000 and the amount has to be paid in full at the day of your measurement. If you miss the date of the gown measurement, you may contact the tailor: Mr. Alal Mahmud

4. Fees: You need to pay convocation registration fee and alumni fee of Tk. 4300/= (Convocation Charge Tk. 4000 + Testimonial Tk. 100 + Transcript Tk. 200) before February 23, 2008 in the accounts. The gowns and photograph will not be released with out the payment.


5. Some important dates and time to remember: You are requested to remember the following dates and relevant activities. Your participation and cooperation in the activities are very important. If you miss more than 2 participation dates, it will not be possible for us to take you in the convocation procession.
