Background: Awareness of body fitness and nutrition has increased among Bangladeshis in recent years, with younger people showing more interest than the elderly, who often neglect fitness until they get sick. But the recent Corona pandemic has had a big impact on it, although many still struggle with maintaining continuity of fitness training and balanced nutrition due to various reasons. Objectives: This research demonstrates the data on body fitness and diet awareness among Bangladeshi men and women. This research depends on many factors. Doing this research will motivate the Bangladeshi people for a healthier lifestyle and a fitter society. Methodology: A statistical approach was used by distributing a Google Forms survey where every gender and age group participated. This survey collected data on fitness and nutrition habits, challenges, and influences. Results: We collected the data from the survey. It will reveal distinct patterns in body fitness and nutrition awareness among different age groups and genders in Bangladesh. Here, 33.3% were female, and 66.7% were male, mostly aged 18-27. While 40.4% occasionally paid attention to their diet, only 22.8% followed a specific diet plan. This research gets to find out the level of exercise among people in Bangladesh, and found that very rarely do people exercise often. Although there are many motivational factors for body fitness, the survey found that social media has a big impact on this, which is a positive side. this research discussed more topics and questionnaires, which will further improve the research. Conclusion: This research will discover significant awareness about nutrition and fitness in Bangladesh. Addressing current gaps and manipulating the influence of social media can help promote healthy lifestyles, improve individual well-being and public health.
