His Excellency Dr. A.K. Abdul Momen, M.P., the Minister of Foreign Affairs was a former MBA Faculty of the Faculty of Business Administration, American International University-Bangladesh. It was indeed an honor to convey our heartfelt congratulations to the Honorable Minister to have been appointed to this prestigious position in one of the most important agencies of the government. Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva, VP, Academics and Dean, Faculty of Business Administration and Prof. Dr. Nisar Ahmed, Director, MBA and EMBA Program conveyed the congratulatory message on behalf of the management of the American International University-Bangladesh. At the same time, the AIUB officials extended an official invitation for the Honorable Minister to be the distinguished speaker to the Dr. Anwarul Abedin Lecture Series, a forum established in honor of the late Founder and Chairman of the Board of AIUB. The Honorable Minister gave his kind consent but the date will be fixed after the Ramadan. He is also excited to talk to the faculty and students and deliver a lecture on the current issues on Bangladesh Diplomacy. He expressed his willingness to extend any help to the university on matters related to the development of the university. After a brief conversation on other important matters, the Honorable Minister presented to the AIUB officials some publications on Bangladesh Diplomacy highlighting the bilateral visits of the Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to the United Nations and other countries of the world.
