Robolution 2019 – one of the biggest and most acknowledged robotics competition was conducted on April 5, 2019 and organized by Robotics Club of the Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST). The aim of this competition was to provide significant platform through which it is possible to encourage and promote the dynamic ideas related to field of robotics of the young generation. In this day long program, more than 1000 students from different universities had participated in different competitions. It is a great honor and inevitable pleasure, students of AIUB has been applauded for their great work. Team “The Warrior” and Team “Grey Eagle” formed by students from Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) and Computer Engineering (CoE) Department of AIUB became second runners-up in I-fight (Robo War) segment and Eagle (Drone Competition) segment respectively. Members of team “The Warrior” are Md. Zobaer Ahmed, Nahar Sabiqun, Abu Sayeed Hossain, Das Pranta, Avijit Sarker, Arnob Redowan Mahmud and Md. Jashim Uddin. Members of Team “Grey Eagle” are Rayed Farhad, Anjir Ahmed Chowdhury, Md. Shoaib Sikder and Tanvir Ahmed. Both the teams were acknowledged and appreciated with crest and prize money.
