Use of AIUB Swimming Pool

Applying for Membership (Only for AIUB Students, Faculty Members and Officials):

1. Apply for membership by filling in the online form available in VUES portal. Please read the guidelines and terms & conditions carefully while applying for the membership.
2. A pdf of the membership form will be downloaded. Sign on the printed form and submit the hardcopy of the form at the Swimming Pool Instructors office at the roof top of Building D.

Booking slots of Swimming Pool:

1.After the membership is approved, you will be able to book an available slot as per your applicable category. Membership will be cancelled for the semester in case of two consecutive non-appearance after booking the slot.

General Rules and Regulation of Swimming Pool

1. Shower before and after swimming in the pool, do not use creams or lotions before entering the pool.
2. Proper swimming attire is required. Bring your own towel and proper swimming attire.
3. Students under the age of 18 must be supervised by instructor at all times and must only be confined to the safety/shallow area as per their height.
4. Pool interior, premises and patio should not be littered with food wrappers or any other trash.
5. People with open cuts, wounds, bandages, injuries, cold, cough, fever, skin disease, venereal disease and upset stomach are not allowed to swim.
6. No pushing, shoving, horseplay or inappropriate behavior is allowed.
7. Swimming Pool users must bring their own Swimming gear, towel and water bottle.
8. Food and drinks are not allowed in the aquatic facility, except for water in unbreakable containers.
9. Spitting, spouting water from the nose and mouth are prohibited.
10. Non-swimmers are only allowed under the direction of a swimming instructor.
11. Photo Shoots/ making videos are not allowed in the pool area.
12. Lockers are available for the registered swimmers, only for the booked slots.
13. Membership will be cancelled for the semester in case of two consecutive non-appearance after booking the slot.
14. Pool Slot and Timing:

* Entry of any male individual during female timing or any female individual during male timing is strictly prohibited.
